When you try to sync transactions to banking you might encounter the following error:



This means that the consent you've given us to access your bank details has expired.


When you first connect SleekTech to your bank account, you log on to your online banking and confirm that SleekTech can access your data. This consent usually lasts for 90 days.


In order to be able to connect again, click Disconnect as below:



After that, Click Connect To Bank again and follow the same process as connecting your bank account the first time.
