Possible cause:
You are using TalkTalk as your Internet Service Provider
TalkTalk has a feature called TalkTalk Homesafe which can cause connection issues with SleekTech as well as other programs such as AnyDesk and Team Viewer.
Solution:
Disable the Homesafe feature in your TalkTalk portal.
