If your system is slow it can be because of the speed of your PC or your internet connection.


Please perform the 2 tests below and send us the results so we can investigate further.


  • Check Your PC speed:
    • In Windows Search type System.
    • Find the item System Information
    • When the window opens take a screenshot.
  • Check your internet speed:
    • Open a web browser.
    • Type "test internet speed" into Google.
    • In the first result card that shows press the button to the bottom right Run Speed Test.
    • Once testing is finished take a screenshot.
