This error will usually come up when your network settings were changed.

This doesn't mean that you've changed anything, it could be automatic changes by your internet service provider.


If you are connected to regular broadband via cable or Wi-Fi, this shouldn't happen very often, and when it does, just close and reopen the software. It should start working as usual.


If you are connected to a phone hotspot or a USB internet provider, this can keep on happening quite frequently. We don't recommend using SleekTech on such networks.
