Scenario:
A tenant accidentally breaks a window in their house.
You send a payment of £200 to the supplier to cover the repair costs.
Subsequently, the tenant reimburses you with a payment of £200 to take responsibility for the damage they caused.
However,you don't want the landlord to know about this occurrence.
Solution:
There is a possibility to hide transactions on a statement so that the landlord should not see these transactions.
- Click on the statement on which you want the transactions to be hid.
- Next to each transaction you will see an icon with an image of an eye.
- Click on the icon for this transaction to be hidden. The transaction will only show up on your system but not on the statement sent to the owner.
