In our commitment to enhancing user experience and simplifying property management tasks, we are thrilled to introduce the latest updates to our property management software. These updates focus on making commission management more efficient and providing a fresh, modern look to the dashboard.


 

Bulk Commission Updates from Owner Management Window:

 

With the new update, managing commissions for owners and properties has never been easier. Users can now navigate to the Owner Management window, select some or all owners, and simply click on "Update Commissions" This action opens the user-friendly "Update Commission" window, offering a seamless way to update commissions in bulk.

  • Ease of Use: The redesigned interface ensures a straightforward and intuitive experience.
  • Select and Filter: Users can easily select and filter owners and properties for commission updates.
  • Collapse and Expand Owners: Streamline the view by collapsing or expanding owner details as needed.
  • View Only Changed Lines: Identify modifications effortlessly by switching to the "View Only Changed Lines" mode.
  • Save Changes: Once all adjustments are made, a simple click on "Save" ensures that the updates are applied.

 

For more granular control, users can access the commission update window directly from an individual owner's page. This feature allows for specific commission adjustments tailored to a particular owner and their associated properties.


 

 

 

Important notes:

 

  • When updating commission for a property, SleekTech will now automatically update all leases under that property to the new commission.
  • Existing payments will not be affected when updating, and you will still have to update them individually as explained here: Update commission for existing tenant payment
  • Leases with commission set to a Fixed Fee will never be changed by updating commissions on owners or properties. Always set or unset fixed fee from the lease page under the More tab.


 

Redesigned Dashboard:

Experience a revamped dashboard with a modernized look and enhanced usability. While some parts are already complete, rest assured that all your data and features are still available – now presented in a more comprehensible and aesthetically pleasing layout.
