This is how rent amount for partial invoices are calculated
If a partial rental invoice is created, the system will take the monthly rental amount and multiply this by 12 (months) and then divide it by 365 (days). This would then give you the daily charge.
For example the monthly rental charge for a property is £1000.
1000 x 12 / 365 = 32.88
The daily rental charge for this property is £32.88
If you need to create a partial invoice for any reason, you would change the end date on the last invoice.
SleekTech would then take the daily charge and multiply it by how many days are on your invoice bringing that to the total on the invoice.
