To allow SleekTech to pick up on the correct rules for licensing, it is important to enter and maintain the correct number of households and tenants.
How to amend and view amount of households and tenants
- Find the desired lease.
- On the Details page scroll to the left. Under the tenants details boxes, the household amount and Tenant amount will be shown.
- Tenant amount cannot be amended and is based on how many tenants you have added to the system. SleekTech only considers tenants, not additional contacts like guarantors.
- Household amount should be amended by yourself. For example: If there are 2 families living in the property enter 2 etc.
