Couldn't get code! Provider error


How to connect to NatWest when an error code appears


  • Open a browser and log onto your NatWest bank account as usual.
  • You will then very likely be asked to enter a code received by text etc. This is the extra level of security.
  • Once you have logged in successfully, close this browser and any other browsers that are open.
  • Go back to SleekTech and connect your bank again. This should now work as expected.
