Once your system is ready (and your data is imported if you chose to import your current data), we will contact you to complete the installation on your computers. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth installation process.  


Steps for Installation


Prepare AnyDesk

  • Ensure that AnyDesk is installed on all computers where you require SleekTech installation. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from this link, which only takes about 2 minutes.

Provide Access

  • We will need someone in your office to give us access to all computers via AnyDesk. Typically, we will require about 10 minutes on each computer.

Label Your Computers

  • Provide a recognizable name for each computer, such as "John's Computer," "Conference Room," etc. This is for licensing and future reference and is not related to specific users. We will ask you the computer name during installation.

Admin User Setup

  • Initially, there will one admin user set up. The admin can create as many additional users as needed, each with a unique email address. More instructions on creating users can be found here: Create a new user

User Access

  • Any user can log in from any computer. Computers are not linked to specific users.

Web Portal Access

  • Access to the web portal for mobile devices does not require installation and is available on any device. More details can be found here: How to log on to the web portal


Post-Installation

Once the installation is complete, your admin user can begin creating additional users and setting up permissions as needed. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Important note for Techloq filter users.


Before proceeding with the installation, please forward the following request to Techloq to allow SleekTech to connect to our cloud systems.


It's important to send this request from the same email address you are registered with Techloq, as they need to verify your identity to respond to your request.


Dear Techloq Customer Service,


Please could you allow the following program PM.exe to connect to the internet with the original IP without wrapping with the Techloq IP on all of our computers.


This is a property management software and needs to connect to our servers with the original IP address.

Please send this email to Techloq Customer Service at support@techloq.com. They usually respond very quickly.


Once Techloq has confirmed that this configuration has been applied, please get back to us to proceed with the installation.
