Overview
Sorto© is an external maintenance management system designed to streamline property maintenance processes. It allows seamless tracking, assignment, and resolution of maintenance jobs. When integrated with SleekTech, Sorto enhances your workflow by syncing data and simplifying job management between the two platforms.

How It Works
Without Integrating with Sorto
- Maintenance jobs are created and managed directly in SleekTech.
- All job details and updates are stored within SleekTech.
With Integrating with Sorto
Property Sync:
- You do not need to manually create property lists in Sorto. The SleekTech property list will automatically sync with Sorto.
Creating Maintenance Jobs:
- In Sorto: When you create, edit or change the status of an issue repair in Sorto, it will automatically do the same in SleekTech.
- In SleekTech: Creating a new maintenance job, or editing and changing the status in SleekTech will redirect you to the Sorto interface to create/edit an issue repair there.
Job Display:
- All maintenance jobs created in Sorto will appear in SleekTech under the relevant property, supplier, or other related categories.
- Important to note: The suppliers list does not get synced. Therefore, make sure that the list of suppliers in Sorto are exactly the same as the one in SleekTech. When an issue is created in Sorto, if SleekTech does not recognise the supplier, it will create a new supplier and put the job there.
- Clicking on a job in SleekTech will open the corresponding repair page in Sorto for further management.
How to Integrate SleekTech with Sorto
From Sorto's End:
- Contact Sorto support to set up and configure your Sorto account for integration.
From SleekTech's End:
- Go to the Control Panel in SleekTech.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under the Maintenance tab, switch on the option labelled Integrate with Sorto.
