Option to include the date in the description of recurring charges.

This new highly requested feature allows you to include the date within the invoice description of a recurring charge.

It is particularly helpful when locating charges such as council tax or parking fees that are set to recur, making it easier to find a period specific invoice quickly when needed.

When creating a recurring charge, the date can now be included automatically. A range of date formats is available to suit your business requirements.

When searching for parking fee invoices, you’ll be able to identify them more easily by the description, which now includes the month when the charge was created.

Managing Invoices On Hold.

This new feature allows invoices to be placed on hold, preventing them from appearing in landlord statements until the hold is removed.

It is particularly useful when the landlord's income for the month is insufficient to cover all expenses, enabling the invoice to be carried over and included in a future statement.

Once you generate the next statement, the on-hold expenses will appear on the side, and you can easily include them.

Approving Statements.

The statement approval feature introduces an additional layer of control by requiring admin users to approve statements before they can be finalised.

This is especially useful if one team member is responsible for preparing statements, and another is responsible for reviewing and authorising them.
