Option to Assign a Property Manager to a Property
We’re excited to introduce the Property Manager feature a highly requested addition that allows you to assign an internal team member to manage specific properties in your portfolio.
Unlike the Managing Agent role, which refers to the whole company responsible for managing properties, the Property Manager is an internal user responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned properties. This helps clarify ownership within your team and improves accountability.
Admins can also tailor dashboard visibility by restricting users to view only the properties they manage. This adds an extra layer of privacy and ensures that each team member sees only what’s relevant to their role.
This feature is particularly valuable for teams that divide responsibilities across multiple users, making it easier to manage large portfolios with clear internal ownership.
